Customer Development

Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. Tasks and responsibilities may include business to business relationship development with existing and prospective customers by:

Qualifying and educating on product offerings
Assisting existing customers with product selection, quotation and order processing
Developing mass marketing promotional materials and programs
Performing research to seek and understand market wants and needs

Engineering

Successful candidates must be self-starting, highly motivated individuals who have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-D CAD software, preferably Solid Works, and fabrication experience. Tasks and responsibilities may include:

Exploring new product design ideas
Researching and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of an existing product
Developing tools to design, price, market, sell product lines
Proposing improvements for product design and manufacturing practices
Designing products based on defined product standards

CAD Designer/Detailer

Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals who have either an Associate’s degree in a technical field, CAD certificate, or min. 2 years’ experience with a 3-D CAD software, preferably Solid Works. Preference will be given to candidates with mechanical design experience. Individual must be able to work with very little direction to resolve manufacturing issues, keep updated with evolving standards, and be able to determine the best standard design for current equipment.

Manufacturing

Successful candidates must be self-starting, highly motivated individuals who have an interest working in an industrial manufacturing atmosphere. Preference will be given to candidates with welding, assembly and/or fabrication experience. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
