Optimizer Container Dumper
Endura-Veyor, Inc.’s patent pending Optimizer Container Dumper models are structurally and mechanically designed to overcome immutable physical boundaries and space restrictions that prohibit typical container dumpers from meeting customer needs in various handling, sorting, manufacturing, processing, and production environments across all industries. Within a small footprint, these hydraulic-free dumpers operate much quieter and significantly extend the horizontal reach to unload bulk and loose material. A smaller footprint means more space for forklifts and pallet jacks to maneuver and load containers into Optimizer models to efficiently feed downstream equipment.
While hydraulic-driven dumpers are known for their power, they require more overhead clearance in accordance with the lift. Our unique rotational design enables drums to rotate in a manner that evades overhead clearance interferences, even with higher discharge height requirements. Models are driven by dual oversized chains with built-in redundancy that provide extra strength, lifting power, and increased reliability for any processing, handling, sorting, storage, or receiving operation. Robust and made for heavy lifting, the oversized chains can independently handle more than double the working load. Being chain driven, hydraulic fluid, maintenance, and contamination concerns are eliminated. The Optimizer Container Dumper models’ dual oversized chains provide extra performance assurance when lifting and dumping various container types and sizes up to 2,000 pounds.
